Michelle isn't just our Office Manager — she's also family. As Jeff's mom, she brings the same dedication and care to 20/20 Property Inspections that she has always shown at home. She manages scheduling, client communication, and inspection details, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our inspectors can stay focused in the field.

Outside of work, Michelle's greatest joy is spending time with her grandkids. That family-first mindset shines through in her role, where she treats every client with the same care and attention she gives her own family.

Mason is a proud Navy veteran with a deep dedication to his faith and serving others. During his time in the Navy, Mason served as an EMT, earning recognition for his commitment and excellence under pressure. Now, as a home inspector, Mason channels that same attention to detail and care into helping clients understand their homes.

He truly enjoys the inspection process, bringing professionalism and integrity to every property he evaluates. Outside of work, Mason is guided by his spiritual values and enjoys staying active in his faith community. His dedication to service, both in his career and personal life, makes him a trusted resource for his clients.

Chris has over five years of experience as a home inspector and is recognized for his thoroughness, professionalism, and clear communication. He takes pride in delivering inspections that are detailed, honest, and easy for clients to understand.

Chris is a devoted husband and father, and his family plays a central role in his life. Parenting a child with special needs has helped shape his patience, empathy, and attention to detail — qualities that directly carry into the care and diligence he brings to every inspection. Outside of work, he enjoys physical fitness and spending time with his family.

Brian came to home inspection from a career in industrial maintenance, where understanding how buildings and their systems actually work was the whole job — so he spots the things others walk right past. A Seattle native, he's married with four kids and inspects every home with that same family-first mindset.
